Our story
From Estonia, looking out to sea.
Pärl began with a clear belief: exceptional seafood deserves to be selected, handled and presented with care. The name means pearl in Estonian—a fitting symbol for the small, luminous treasures at the heart of our first collection.
Caviar is our opening chapter, not our boundary. We are building a seafood house for considered everyday pleasures, generous tables and gifts that feel genuinely special.

We choose every source with care and work only with producers whose standards match our own. Exceptional quality, freshness and clean flavour always come first.
Every selection is judged on pearl definition, colour, texture and a clean finish. Care continues beyond sourcing: each jar is kept cold and handled deliberately until it reaches your table.
